Third Party Report

A Third Party Report allows for the collection of evidence from credible sources other than the assessor, such as a workplace supervisor, manager, or peer. This tool is essential when an assessor cannot observe a candidate over a long period or in every possible workplace scenario. The report validates that the candidate consistently performs tasks to the required standard in their daily work. To be valid, the “third party” must be technically competent in the field and understand the assessment criteria. It effectively bridges the gap between formal assessment and ongoing workplace performance.
