Portfolio

A Portfolio is a curated collection of documents and materials that provides historical evidence of a candidate’s skills and achievements. It may include certificates, work samples, photos of past projects, client testimonials, and awards. As an evidence-gathering tool, the portfolio allows candidates to prove competence based on prior experience (Recognition of Prior Learning or RPL). The assessor reviews the portfolio to determine if the accumulated evidence meets the current competency standards. It is particularly useful for assessing skills that are difficult to replicate in a testing center or have been acquired over years of practice.
