Bangladesh National Qualifications Framework (BNQF) establishes a unified 10-level structure harmonizing technical-vocational education and training (TVET) with higher education, classifying all qualifications by learning outcomes across knowledge, skills, responsibility (levels 1-6), and fundamental/social/thinking/personal domains (levels 7-10). Approved in 2021, BNQF integrates former NTVQF (levels 1-6 under BTEB) with higher education qualifications (levels 7-10 under Bangladesh Accreditation Council) enabling seamless progression, credit transfer, and recognition of prior learning across sectors.
